Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using our B2B eSIM platform.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our B2B eSIM platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our wholesale eSIM platform, APIs, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the B2B eSIM reseller platform, including the web dashboard, APIs, and all related services.
  • "Reseller" or "Partner" refers to any business entity that registers for an account to purchase and resell eSIM products.
  • "End User" refers to the final consumer who uses the eSIM product purchased through a Reseller.
  • "eSIM" refers to an embedded SIM profile that is provisioned and delivered digitally.
  • "Data Package" refers to a specific data plan associated with an eSIM, including data allowance, validity period, and coverage area.

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Services

Our platform provides:

  • Access to wholesale eSIM data packages across 190+ countries and regions.
  • API endpoints for programmatic ordering, provisioning, and management of eSIMs.
  • A web-based dashboard for order management, reporting, and account administration.
  • Webhook notifications for real-time order and eSIM status updates.
  • Technical documentation and integration support.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
  • Resellers operate on a prepaid balance model. You must maintain sufficient balance to place orders.
  • Prices for data packages are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice before price changes take effect.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
  • Volume-based pricing tiers may be available based on your monthly order volume.

6. Reseller Obligations

As a Reseller, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the sale of telecommunications products.
  • Accurately represent the eSIM products and their capabilities to End Users.
  • Provide adequate customer support to your End Users for issues within your control.
  • Not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: exceeding API rate limits, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Services for illegal purposes.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the platform operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for the purpose of reselling eSIM products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party network providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from End Users for data processing related to eSIM provisioning.
  • You will handle any personal data received through the Services in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • We may process technical and transactional data to provide and improve the Services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days' written notice for any reason.
  • Immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be deactivated.
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded minus any outstanding obligations.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
